Praise for this book

Karen Kanouse has again written a rip-roaring fantastic experience with this saga! It's an amazing read and natch Zia continues to add beast's to her menagerie 😆. This time a bat, Swiftly and not just a single bat, but Swiftly's whole colony each ready to defend her and her team. Not only that but also to lead them out of the caverns safely! At the beginning of this book Zia only had two goals which were to find her sister Lilly and Prince Xavier. And of course keep her baby dragon Evander secreted away and safe from prying eyes along with training him. But Starwind stepped up taking care of all that. Most importantly she had to protect the children that they had rescued from the evil that endangered the lands! Go grab the book to see if she and her rag-tag team of miscreants and her beast menagerie can do it.

"Wings of Crystal" is an engaging adventure that takes the reader through lead character Zia's journey to triumph over evil squires and save the innocent from their perverse wrongdoing. Adding to the tension is that she must conceal her gender as disguise herself as a male to navigate this very dangerous man's world.

There are many nail-biting instances when Zia's true identity is almost revealed. And to heighten the tension, she also has to conceal the feelings of attraction she develops for the male love interest, Jakari.

"Wings of Crystal" has abundant action, adventure and romance that will keep the reader turning the pages and anticipating the next installment in the saga.

Author Kanouse has done it again with a strong third book to the series. Once again we have an epic adventure with magic and intrigue, triumphs and losses, and fears and hope. A definite "must read" and worthy continuation of the overall saga!
